General provisions that apply in the case of returns

Subject to fulfilling the conditions set out in this Return and Exchange section, we have a return policy which allows you to return products to us for any reason within up to 7 days from the date of delivery of the order and only the products are ready for delivery.

In order to be eligible for a refund, all products (including promotional gift products that are given free with orders) must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:
Unaltered, unused and completely intact, and in salable condition (or the condition in which it was received from us or our agents).  Shoes must be intact without any damage, whether in the sole or otherwise.
In its original packaging/box/dust cover, with all brand and product tags/price tags/care instructions attached.  Authenticity cards, where provided, should also be returned.  For swimwear, the hygiene liner should still be in place.
Attached is the original order confirmation.
Please note that care and beauty products, underwear or earrings cannot be returned, as well as special orders that are not ready for delivery.
Return process
Products can be returned by requesting to be taken from your delivery address in the UAE by taking the following steps:
Refund of the order amount after the return
The process of refunding the order amount will be initiated only after completing the return process and agreeing to return the desired product(s).  After approval, the full amount paid for the non-damaged product(s) that was returned will be refunded (with the exception of shipping costs, cash-on-receipt fees, fees for electronic payment operations or any other services that require fees, and not incurring bank fees at the time of return, if any).
Product return policy
Damaged products / orders that were not fulfilled correctly
If your order was received damaged or any of the products are different from what you ordered, then please agree to return the product to us using the return process mentioned.  The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received within 7 days of receiving the order in order to return the full amount paid to you, including - if any - the costs of delivery of the original order, taxes and any customs fees.  Products may be exchanged.  Damaged products may also have a warranty against manufacturing defects.  Please contact us at +971 52 272 7200 if you believe that the product received has a manufacturing defect.
Returns will be accepted only if the shoes are brand new, in good condition and without any damage to the product itself or the packaging.  To avoid any damage, please try on carpeted floors.  In the event that any shoes are returned with damage, scratches, any damage or any traces of previous wear, the return request will not be accepted and the product will be returned to the customer and the request to return the amount paid for the order will be rejected.
Non-returnable products
The following products cannot be returned unless they are damaged: underwear, face masks and masks, earrings, candles, vintage pieces, and care and beauty products (including skin care products, perfumes, makeup and hair care products).  Please note that all orders that are not ready for delivery and furnishings cannot be canceled or returned.
Please consider preserving the condition of the packaging of any product, for example, the integrity of the shoe box may prevent it from being re-sold, which means that we will not be able to return the full amount paid to you.  Our agents may ask you to inspect the product you wish to return at the place of receipt, but this is considered an initial inspection and is not a guarantee that you are entitled to receive the full amount paid.
Gifted products
Products purchased as gifts can only be returned by refunding the amount paid to the customer who made the purchase.
The replacement
We are currently unable to provide an exchange option.  Instead, you should follow the return procedures, for all products, and place a new order for replacement products.

We reserve the right to proceed with returns and to refuse orders from customers with high levels of repeat returns, however nothing in our returns section is intended to prejudice any rights the user may have under UAE law.
